Since January 6, 2025, Leonie Gabelin has joined Jens Ewertowski in leading our company as Managing Director.
Leonie, who began her journey with us ten years ago, has established herself over the years as both a competent leader and a passionate expert in our pneumatic tube systems.
Her career in our company started as a young mother working part-time with an initial schedule of just 17 hours per week. It quickly became evident that she was destined for greater responsibilities. Jens Ewertowski recognized her potential early on and consistently supported her development. With a growing enthusiasm for pneumatic tube technology and exceptional technical understanding, which she further honed through her work with our software, her role gained increasing importance. What she initially didn’t realize was her own aptitude for technology and her diplomatic skills in international sales, working with dealers and partners, which made her an indispensable asset to our company.
Even before her time with us, Leonie gained valuable international experience that enriched her professionally and sharpened her intercultural skills. These experiences have enabled her to better understand the diverse needs of our global customers and communicate effectively with international partners.
Leonie’s key areas of focus in her new role will include operational business management, service, support, and development.
This appointment marks an important step in the rejuvenation process of our leadership team, ensuring the continuous progression of the dynamic development we have experienced in recent years. The successful path we have taken in terms of digitalization and the distribution of modern systems will be pursued further with a strong customer focus.
